INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY)

SESSION: 2024-25

1. Please read the depicted below instructions/information carefully before filling up the form.
2. Please retain the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT issued against the receipt of Admission form for future reference.

AVAILABILITY OF SEATS FOR PRE-SCHOOL (Entry Level) IN SESSION 2024-25

Eligibility Criteria :

The Directorate of Education has fixed the upper age limit for admission in entry level classes, which is as under

ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR THE SESSION 2024-25

Admission Criteria – Pre- School (Nursery) General Category 2024-25

ADMISSION GUIDELINES :

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School/ Nursery only for the session 2024-25.
• The child must be less than 4 years as on 31^st March 2024.
• The form is available for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY.
• Candidates willing to apply under EWS/DG category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged.(non refundable)
• Please retain the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT issued against the receipt of Admission form for future reference.
• Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured as it is to be used at the time of verification of documents.
• The School reserves the right to reject the application forms with incomplete or false information.

Some of indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/ child

• Ration card/smart card issued in the name of parents.(Mother/Father ) (having name of child)
• Domicile certificate of child or of his/ her parents.
• Voter I – card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
• Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
• Aadhaar card/ UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

Documents required at the time of Registration: 

Original documents to be produced at the time of verification for grant of admission.

• Birth Certificate of the child.
• Caste Certificate.(if any)
• Proof of Residence: Ration Card/ Aadhar card/ Voter I – card/ Domicile certificate/ Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ water bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
• Voter I – card (EPIC) of both parents and siblings. (If any)
• Proof of Sibling: Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, Malviya Nagar.
• Medical Certificate stating blood group of the student.
• Proof of alumni – V/ VIII school certificate.
• School leaving Certificate. ( if required)
• Report card of previous class.(if required)
• Aadhar card of student and both the parents.

Original documents to be produced at the time of verification for the grant of admission :

• Birth certificate of the child.
• Proof of Residence – Ration Card/ Voter I –Card/ Domicile Certificate/ Electricity bill/ Water bill/ MTNL Bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents.
• Proof of sibling – Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, Malviya Nagar.
• Proof of alumni – V/ VIII school certificate.

Location of Neighbourhood areas:

• 0 – 2 KM  : Khirki Extension , Khirki Village, Panchsheel  Vihar, Savitri Nagar,  Jagdamba Camp Aurbindo Road, Begumpur, Gitanjali, Malviya Nagar, Sheikh Sarai, Sarvpriya Vihar, Hauz Rani.
• 2 – 4 KM  : Hauz Khas , Saket, Pushp Vihar, Panchsheel Enclave, Chirag Delhi, Madangir, Shahpur Jatt.
• 4 – 6 KM :  Green Park, South Extention, Dakshinpuri, Khanpur, Dr. Anbedkar Nagar, Lado Sarai.

Please note that : 

• Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
• NO UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
• Earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stands void.
• Distance calculation is considered only by the main road having its starting point from Gate No.01 of the school.
• Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with the registration form at the time of its submission.
• Attach two passport size photographs of the student and a joint  photograph of the student with both the parents (5X6 cm)in the admission form at the time of verification of documents.
• Any discrepancy if noted in the LIST published (First/Second/Third)to be brought to the notice of the School in writing within 48 hrs .( During school working hours)of its publication ,failing which no representation shall be entertained thereafter.
• Important Note :The Name of the Child,father’s name ,mother’s name & DOB must be correct and tailed with documents submitted on the time of admission.

NO CHANGES IN NAME OR SPELLING ETC WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN FUTURE YEARS.
